Who do i contact when i want to buy the items?
People who are interested in buying the items can contact Nicole at email@example.com. Just leave me an email with your name and contact number, stating what you are interested in buying and i will contact you as soon as possible.
Where do i collect my items?
Collection of items will only be on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Destination to collect will be at Cityhall Station. Time will be posted up when nearer to collection date. If there is any changes, i will inform the customers personally.
What happens if my item is not in good condition?
If customers find that there is any defect in the goods, they can contact me and I will go down personally to look into the problem. Customers can either change another item or get the full sum of money back. This is provided that the items have not been washed, iron or worn.
Is the price stated on the web-store fixed?
No. it depends whether the store is having sale or not.
To start the business off , My Closet will be having an exclusive 10% discount for our first 5 customers. And for loyal customers (who bought more than 5 items), they will also be given 10% discount for each purchase.
